M 9.102 Bike proStand
Stationary assembly fixture

for bicycles, cargo bikes and e-bikes, electrically operated

Application
Bike proStand is a stationary, electrically operated assembly fixture for bicycles, cargo bikes and e-bikes weighing up to 40 kg. Without an electrical rotation axis it can accommodate up to 80 kg.is a stationary, electrically operated manipulator for handling and assembly of bicycles up to 40 kg weight.

Description
Due to the sturdy, industrial quality design Bike proStand can be used for both assembly and repair.
The lifting and rotation axis are electrically operated. Both axes are operated with a common hand panel. Since both axes are self-locking, each set position is held securely. The large stroke of 1470 mm makes it possible to lift the bicycles from the ground and bring them to an optimal assembly height. The rotation axis allows endless rotation at any height.
The lifting axis has a shutdown function if a collision occurs during lowering.

M 9.701 Bike proMobil
Mobile assembly fixture

for bicycles and e-bikes

Application
Bike proMobil is a mobile, manually operated assembly fixture for bicycles. The adjustable gas spring for load balancing allows bicycles weighing up to 40 kg to be positioned ergonomically.

Areas of application
Bike proMobil was specially developed for the highly flexible series assembly of bicycles. Rigid line structures can thus be dispensed with and the assembly flow can be individually adapted according to the order situation and model range. Since no external power is required for operation, Bike proMobil can be put into operation immediately anywhere.
Bicycles weighing up to 40 kg can be effortlessly picked up from the ground and brought into an optimal assembly position thanks to the adjustable load compensation with a gas spring.
An optional central locking device for Bike proMobil cart simplifies locking when frequent stop-and-go is required and is offered as an accessory.

Bike basicLift
Stationary assembly fixture

Stationary assembly fixture for bicycles and e-bikes
Manual-hydraulic operation

Application
Bike basicLift is a height-adjustable assembly fixture for bicycles, cargo bikes and e-bikes weighing up to 40 kg for use in smaller, even mobile workshops.

Description
Our tried and tested modular handling technology moduhub was used to develop the compact bicycle assembly stand Bike basicLift.
It is based on the reliable manually-hydraulically operated ShopFloor lifting module.
With the Bike basicLift, bicycles weighing up to 40 kg can be raised up to 600 mm (800 mm on request), providing an ergonomic assembly height.
Many commercially available bicycle mounts can be attached to the universal adapter bracket. The bike can also be rotated in some mounts.
For firm standing, the Bike basicLift is mounted on a base plate, which can also be screwed to the floor.

Operation
The foot pedal is used to lift and lower the bicycle. To lift, the foot pedal must be depressed several times. Approximately two pump strokes are required to lift approx. 100 mm. A return spring brings the foot lever to its original position. To lower the load, the foot pedal has to be pressed upwards approx. 10°.

Advantages
 ● For bicycles up to 40 kg
 ● Max. stroke 600 mm (800 mm on request)
 ● Quick lift with only a few pump strokes
 ● Easy height adjustment without external power
 ● Compact and sturdy version
 ● Safe and efficient working
 ● Stable, rigid assembly fixture
 ● Ergonomic work in the smallest space
